Welcome Services are provided from my office which is centrally located in downtown Ottawa, convenient to public transportation. Individual counseling to address issues of anxiety, depression, addiction related issues, domestic abuse, grief and loss, forgiveness, life transitions, and stress management. Anger management training, helpful to individuals who are involved with the courts, domestic situations, child custody and other situations, with a completion certificate provided at the end of the program. Premarital and Relationship Enhancement Counselling to identify strengths and growth areas, address conflict, and learn skills to improve communication and enhance intimacy. Pastoral Counselling for clients wishing to incorporate their spirituality into therapy. Telecounselling for those who cannot make it to the office for various reasons. I work with diverse populations.
